How to configure email

From the app’s home page, click Connect under the Enhance Flow using Email card. Use the form in the application to configure the email styling. The styling options are meant to be basic. You can drag the color picker UI and see the hex code update for three distinct sections of the email: email background, content color, and text color.

You can also click the preview button to get a sense of how the app will look.

Once configured, add the Email action block to any Flow. Configure where the email is to be sent to, the subject line, the reply to field, and the content of the email.

Once your Flow has been configured with the Email action block and successfully processed, verify that an email has been sent to the email configured in the action block.

Sample Templates

From the app’s home page, click Review under the Review Sample Templates card. Here you can see a small preview of how to use some of the Flow Buddy actions and triggers. You can also download a Flow template file by clicking the download button on each card. In order to get a better look at the image(s) for each flow template, you can click the image to see a larger preview of the flow. In the modal, there is also a download button. You can download a file from here as well.

With the file(s) downloaded to your computer, you can navigate to Shopify Flow app and import the file(s) to Flow. Here you can preview in greater detail. If all looks okay to you, then you can import.

These templates are meant to act as a guide to show what you can do and they will work out-of-the-box, however, it does expect specific data to be sent to the workflow(s).
